My research agenda focuses on advancing the understanding of the creative industries by exploring key themes of entrepreneurship, innovation, management science, and inclusion. My work sheds light on entrepreneurial ecosystems within creative industries, emphasizing the role of diversity and equity in shaping opportunities and career paths. Through this lens, I aim to contribute to a broader understanding of how inclusive practices can drive innovation, foster sustainability, and support the success of creative professionals in an evolving industry landscape.
